JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to: Showroom Manager

Objectives: To achieve yearly sales target, of heavy and light machinery and trucks.
Main responsibilities:

- To build customer data base
- Daily report
- Weekly plan
- Achieve sales target
- Show growth in sales

Duration: Permanent position
Desired start date: 01/01/2016
Probation: 6 months
Working Hours: Saturday to Thursday (8 hours)
Gross monthly base salary: depending on experience. Starting from QAR5,000 up to QAR15,000
Commission / Bonus: Depending on sales performance, from zero ryals per year up to QAR400,000 plus per year
Other Benefits: Housing allowance, car allowance

REQUIREMENTS

University Qualifications: An Engineer will be an added advantage

Nature and length of previous experience:
At least 3 years in sales of heavy or light machinery and trucks. A background in heavy equipments, even if not sales is also welcome to apply

Age Range: Preferable 25-32
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Selling skills, target oriented, focused.
