Overview of the role:
Delighting the customers by generating sales to achieve or exceed the targets while maintaining overall attractive displays, keeping stock safely, and maintaining retail standards at an optimum level.
What you will do:
Description of Accountability:
- Attend to customers to offer company products (watches) with the ability to explain the benefits along with the product features and given prices to achieve good sales performance.
- Maintain and upkeep the showroom with an attractive display of watches to motivate potential customers.
- Maintain daily sales and stock registers, updating them day to day.
- Assist the shop in charge in checking the inventory levels and requesting replenishments.
- At the end of the work shift, check and hand over the stock and cash to the sales in charge.
- Assist sales in charge with frequent display changes, providing new ideas to give the shop a new look.
- Assist sales in charge in identifying aging items in stock.
Required Skills to be successful:
- The Sales Executive should have a friendly and engaging personality and be comfortable working with members of the general public.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Confident, helpful, polite, and physically fit.
- Stock replenishment.
What equips you for the role:
- High School (Bachelor preferred).
- 3-4 years' experience in the watch industry.
- Proven ability to achieve goals.
- Good personality.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Accountability.
