JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the Wellness Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the wellness sector.
- Identify and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance performance.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with branding and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in the wellness or health industry.- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
