Job description
What you will be doing:
- Thorough knowledge of sales techniques, enjoy asking for business and closing sales, with a passion for generating leads and coaching others. Consistently arranging customers' meetings and calls
- Effective follow up with deadlines. Managing admin work related to his or her sales activities. Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients
- Monthly and quarterly business reviews to evaluate the commercial achievement
- Constantly monitor the competition's rates and offers and proactively share market intelligence and accounts insights
- Implement sales and product awareness within new markets like UAE, KSA, and other key source markets
- Work effectively with key stakeholders within rooms, revenue, F&B, banquet, and marketing departments
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is a must
- Dedication to providing great customer service
- Proactive
- Is able to follow up and follow through
- Has the ability to network in a genuine, authentic way, meeting deadlines
