Job description

What you will be doing:

• Thorough knowledge of sales techniques, enjoy asking for business and closing sales, with a passion for generating leads and coaching others. Consistently arranging customers' meetings and calls
• Effective follow up with deadlines. Managing admin work related to his or her sales activities. Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with clients
• Monthly and quarterly business reviews to evaluate the commercial achievement
• Constantly monitor the competition's rates and offers and proactively share market intelligence and accounts insights
• Implement sales and product awareness within new markets like UAE, KSA, and other key source markets
• Work effectively with key stakeholders within rooms, revenue, F&B, banquet, and marketing departments

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English is a must
• Dedication to providing great customer service
• Proactive
• Is able to follow up and follow through
• Has the ability to network in a genuine, authentic way, meeting deadlines
