JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in alignment with the hotel's overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and target markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and government entities.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate & finalize contracts with clients to increase hotel revenue.
REQUIREMENTS
Position Title: Sales Manager – GC&E
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K QAR all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives

A leading 5 Star Luxury Hotel based in Qatar.
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic, Asian and CIS nationals
- Female, 35 to 45 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing Management
- Must have previous experience from a known luxury hotel within GCC
