JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

This established schooling group owns 3 British curriculum schools located in the Doha, Qatar, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced School Improvement Consultant for their Early Years (EYFS) department. Seeking a School Improvement Consultant who is committed to the highest standards and who can demonstrate leadership and management skills compatible with their schools vision, mission and values.

The EYFS School Improvement Consultant will promote school improvement by assisting academies to systematically plan, articulate, and implement the curriculum, instruction, and assessment in order to improve student achievement in their schools.

- Work effectively with other school leaders, helping to promote and embed the schools mission and vision statements.
- Balance their operational and strategic responsibilities on a day to day basis, ensuring successful outcomes always.
- Be a great communicator and able to forge excellent relationships with all stakeholders, parents, staff and pupils.

Salary:
QAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

To be suitable for the role of School Improvement Consultant you musty have the following:

- Degree in Education specialising in Primary or Early Years, or a PGCE - Masters in Education is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working in a senior leadership role in EYFS for the last 5 years
- An ability to work well with others and be able to offer strategic solutions to make improvements to the quality of education and working environment at the schools, where necessary.
