JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Linum Consult’s client is a major international construction and engineering consultancy. They are currently seeking an Arabic-speaking Secretary to support the project team on a significant multi-billion-dollar project.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Liaising and communicating frequently with the client, contractor, and consultants
• Managing the diary of the project team; arranging and scheduling meetings
• Preparing any necessary correspondence
• Presenting, preparing, and formatting reports
• Managing data and other ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 8 years of experience as a secretary or similar, preferably within the construction or engineering industries
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Excellent technical knowledge of MS Office applications
• Self-motivated, conscientious, and flexible attitude
• Excellent interpersonal, planning & organising, and communication skills
• Must be fluent in Arabic
• Must be currently based in Qatar on a spousal sponsorship visa
