JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Must be able to command and control a team of security guards and to be capable to handle incidents or accidents independently.
• Document information on unusual incidents, establish, create, update and maintain manual and automated controls to access to confidential information.
• Ensure all guards in his sectors report for duty well on time and take immediate action in case any delay in attending or absence.
• Carry out regular inspections of the area required and taking corrective action as per situation.
• Responsible to maintain all relevant records within the security department on security guards in order to ensure continuous coverage.
• Ensure all the guards working under him are eligible and licensed.
• Conduct upgrading of security Staff and training as necessary using coaching, monitoring skills and techniques.
• Ensure all the guards are familiar with evacuation plan and usage of firefighting equipment in case of emergency.
• Responsible to maintain excellent working relations with colleagues, subordinates and all other departments and employees working in his duty area.
• Ensure rules and procedures of the client / management are observed by tenants, contractors, and all concerned.
• Coordinate, manage, and review the services are provided as per the client needs, and to ensure that all the contractual obligations are met.
• Liaise with the company management in setting out the objectives and the targets of the company.
• Manage all the operations within the branch and all the CCs, PMs.
• Direct supervision to all the staff working within the branch.
• Attend the meetings with the customers to fulfill the contract’s requirements and to ensure that the company complies with its obligations.
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs.
• Attend weekly operations department meeting and provide the instructions and information to all the operations team members.
• Report to Ops Director within the branch for all related security issues to his operations, existing clients and actions taken.
• Any other tasks may assigned by Ops Director if necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
• Any nationality but Arabic is preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in planning and operation
