Charterhouse is working with a renowned global company which specialises in providing highly luxurious wellness and active lifestyle solutions. Due to their success, the brand is looking to expand and hire experienced Segment Manager with a strong background in luxury retail and an advocate for living a healthy and active lifestyle.
This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic luxury operations professionals to join a globally known wellness brand with a rich history and a worldwide presence.
Our client is looking for individuals who can be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the brand. They will have a track record of successfully monitoring and driving the commercial sales team. The candidate will possess the ability to manage SOPs, policies and procedures and ensure the teams are delivering exceptional customer service.
As Segment Manager, you will ensure stock analysis is reviewed and strategic plans are in place for business opportunities and also assist with tenders and promotional activities.
The selected candidates should be willing to constantly learn and refine their product knowledge. They will also be involved with people management, recruitment, succession planning and development.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have over 6 years’ experience working in the luxury retail or leisure industry and a genuine interest in active lifestyle and wellness.
This role requires excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Arabic language is an advantage. You should have business acumen skills, be detail orientated with problem solving skills and leadership capabilities.
