JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Organises and manages the work of the road safety team, and ensures optimal use of resources and workload.
- Continually contributes to review the road safety project designs service provision.
- Provide sustained and dependable support to develop and maintain a team culture based on high quality, innovation, responsiveness, excellent communication and continuous improvement based on Ashghals mission, strategic plan, objectives and values.
- Experience of Road Safety Audits.
- Experience of Crash Analysis and scheme identification. Experience of the design and implementation of Road Safety Schemes
REQUIREMENTS
- 10-15 years experience in a related role.
- Master/Bachelor of Civil Engineering or in related engineering discipline or equivalent
- Ability to supervise and manage the development of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to be involved in all aspects of the operation
- Team player but have the ability to work well unsupervised
- Manage their time and team effectively and be self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong project management skills
