Overview

To monitor and lead multi-discipline construction packages in detail from concept to mechanical completion. Monitoring of construction contractors' performance to ensure full compliance with QatarEnergy approved designs and schedules. The area of execution is onshore and offshore focused; periods of offshore residence are expected.

Experience

Conversant with international codes and standards.

Minimum of 15 years O&G industry experience.

Onshore/offshore exposure to working within live oil and gas process plants.

Experience in brownfield project management and planning.

Experience in budget management and control.

Experience managing contracts and contractors.

Experience in software such as Microsoft, SAP, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel, Primavera P6, Power BI, etc.

Fluent in the English language.

Experienced in E&I construction and commissioning methods.

Minimum 10 years supervisory/management role.

Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or higher.
