JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Engineer (Optimization) to work with an NOC on a residential basis in Qatar.
The role involves Verifying the adequacy and robustness of the facilities designs for all Oil & Gas onshore surface development proposals, propose alternative facilities configurations, as required, to maximize synergy, optimize the development cost, enhance the project efficiency and ensure proper applications of the lessons learned throughout the projects life cycle.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years Upstream Oil and Gas Operations experience
- Strong experience with the cost estimation software packages such as QUE$TOR, ICARUS and other Multimedia / Microsoft software
- Operational plant experience is required as well as good understanding of execution strategies of large process plants
- Hold a chemical or mechanical bachelors engineering degree
