JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Please note that this role is only open to candidates who are locally available in Qatar and have experience in the Qatar market.
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients for freight, logistics, and distribution services.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely revenue growth.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to inform strategy and client proposals.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management on sales performance.
- Participate in business development initiatives, trade events, and client presentations to strengthen relationships.
- Resolve client issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in the relevant sector (freight, logistics, or distribution), with a strong track record in meeting/exceeding sales targets.- Experience in the Qatar market with local corporate clients and understanding of regional business practices.
- Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, including negotiating contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong coordination skills to work closely with operations, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Ability to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, and translate insights into actionable client proposals and business strategies.
- Experience in preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Comfortable participating in business development initiatives, trade events, and client presentations to strengthen client relationships.
