JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Senior Interior Designer with interesting background in iconic projects AS LIBRARY, ARCHIVES, EXHIBITION, MUSEUM, PUBLIC SPACES. Responsible to develop design from concepts to IFC interior designs for iconic and high standard projects. Prepare attractive presentations, attending meetings with top management and clients. Manage and help prepare the project ID deliverables such 2d drawings, mood boards, schedules, reports, renders, ID specifications and data sheets. Coordinate with other trades for consistent deliverables. Capable of distributing work to a small team of well trained Interior designers. Advanced understanding and knowledge of materials, market finishes, brands, and furniture.
REQUIREMENTS
Experienced designer with positive attitude, target oriented, with multitasking capability to work under pressure for fast track projects. Hard worker and team player, high level communication skills, both written and spoken. High capability to express ideas and concepts, provide alternatives and solutions to daily issues. Management of design and presentation tools like In-design, and photoshop. High level 3d realistic images production is not a must.
