JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are working with a major Real Estate company to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager to manage Facility Management functions throughout the complete real estate development process; including strategy, operating plans, budgets, policies, operations and HSE.
The company develops large-scale mixed use developments and is going through a period of significant growth.
REQUIREMENTS
• Recognised professional qualifications in FM or Engineering.
• Business Management degree is desirable
• 12 - 15 years of post-qualification experience in FM Operations with proven track record in large scale mixed-use environments in the GCC
• Large site/multi-site experience of Grade A Sites
• Must have new site opening experience
• Mixed Use experience is highly desirable/preferably in GCC
• Technical Facility Management experience necessary.
