To ensure timely action on any comments / complaints by the Consultant/ Client and closing of NCRs, if any

Conduct Quality Meetings
Safekeeping of all quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, work standards, forms, records and other quality related documents relevant to the project
Attend all Quality Control meetings with Client, Project Management, Consultants as applicable.
Allocating work to the Quality Engineers/inspectors and control them
Review the shop Drawing submittals/ Material submittals and approve the same in terms of drawing numbering system and general presentation and whether the drawings incorporate all relevant procedural information as may be required by QA/QC department for carrying out Quality Inspections at site
