Senior Quantity Surveyor - Top 5 Cost Consultant
Guildhall is working exclusively with a well respected regional consultancy to identify a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for their ongoing projects.
We are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for this project which will be running for a further 2 years.
The role requires applicants to perform the following duties:
- Handles pre and post contract matters related to Quantity Surveying, Variations, Progress Invoices etc..)
- Prepares tender documents
- Verify Quantities in BoQs
- Able to establish Bills of Quantities
- Assist in Financial negotiations
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in quantity surveying
- 8 years experience since receiving quantity surveying degree
- Ideally some infrastructure experience
