JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Guildhall is representing a Main Contractor who have been newly awarded a 500 Million QAR Hotel project in Doha.
The project has commenced with mobilisation taking place.
A requirement has arise for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a team of two to be based at the site in Doha
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 10 years experience
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering
- Experience with Variation Orders, Cost Reconciliation, Claims and Contracts Administration
- Experienced working in Doha
- Worked on vertical civil projects
