Senior Sales - Freight Forwarding

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Due to expansion, our client an established Shipping & Freight Forwarding company, are recruiting for their Qatar office. you are responsible for the Sales and business development for Freight Forwarding / NVOCC

Responsibility include but not limited To prepare business plan and formulate sales strategies to achieve sales results and develop new business opportunities

• Identify new business opportunities & customers for expansion.
• Ability and responsible to lead a team of sales executive and Customer Service team
• Development of new clients as well as retaining them by offering better customer relationship and service
• Monitoring and handling day to day sales activities in coordination with operations / documentation / CS teams
• Serving Key accounts.
• Conduct daily sales calls with potential & existing accounts
• To respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution of service
• Conducting regular internal sales meetings
• To be well aware of the local market in the freight forwarding / Shipping areas.
To have good know-how of the service providers and customers

Applying Candidate should be or had worked before in Qatar as the position is open in Doha. Also candidate should have transferable visa (also should get NOC from current employer)

REQUIREMENTS

Graduate/post graduate with 4-7 years of freight forwarding experience in selling / marketing of air / sea products. Should possess valid Qatar driving license. Excellent written and spoken communication skills. Candidate should be in currently in Doha as the position is open in Doha. Also candidate should have transferable visa (also should get NOC from current employer)
