What You'll Do:

OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is currently in need of a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our fast-growing team to support the EMEA Delivery Leadership team. Technical Program Managers (TPM's) rely on their mastery of data and business to understand and anticipate business requirements, initiate programs, track progress, and manage any issues that arise during and after the program completion. As an ideal candidate you possess sufficient technical expertise to communicate business requirements in technical vernacular to engineers and help resolve business blockers.

Additionally, TPMs track technical issues, effectively communicate project status, recommend changes, decide tradeoffs for competing priorities, demonstrate "act now and iterate" and deep understanding on the Cloud physical infrastructure (including Datacenter, networking and circuits). They define strategies, regularly participate in executive meetings to present their progress, and share project information with stakeholders. A successful candidate will be well versed in what it takes to drive business growth through data for a cloud organization.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years' experience in project management, technical program management or a related role
- Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs.
- Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and across global teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as MS Excel, Confluence, Jira or similar
- Experience in drafting project reports for Leadership teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

- Proven experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts.
- Detail-orientated with a commitment to accuracy and quality in report drafting and review.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

- Collaborate with project managers and team leads to gather project data and updates.
- Analyze project metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and insights.
- Draft comprehensive project reports tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the leadership team
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of information included in project reports through thorough review and validation.
- Customize report content and format to effectively communicate project status, achievements, risks, and recommendations.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather input and feedback for report drafting and refinement.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and the leadership team by conveying project updates and insights through reports.
- Highlight potential risks, issues, and dependencies affecting project outcomes in the reports and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Maintain a repository of project reports and related documentation for reference and audit purposes.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the reporting process, incorporating feedback and best practices.
- Travel up to 25% for Low Voltage Vendor Management.
