JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Coordinate the master planning and urban design frameworks of various districts in Lusail, including Coordination with the building permit team to ensure that the all guide lines and design policies are implemented consistently, and Provide support to the management on all urban and master planning assignments, including Coordination with local authorities, land planning, development specialists, architects and infrastructural teams in process of approval, updates. Or improvement of Lusail City.
REQUIREMENTS
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Architecture, or masters in urban design.
• Demonstrate high level of proficiency in Auto CADIArchiCAD and other relevant graphic software.
• Excellent level in English language.
• Excellent skills in consultation, networking and communication.
• Effective organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good skills in guidelines and regulation interpretation.
• Excellent team work ability to operate in variety offield and office conditions, working in cross cultural settings
• Bachelor degree (BSc.) In Engineering Architecture.
