JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
* Technical support to product sales team and services after sales.
* Product knowledge and product development.
* Maintaining frequent trainings for sales team to enhance product features and sales.
* Project hand over and team maintenance training.
* Consultant support and problem resolving.
* Coordination between OEM (FACTORY) and local team, technical support to local team.
* HVAC Solutions provision for both of customers and sales team.
* Managing local resources.
* Team management.
* RFQ Preparation according to needs of the company and related customers.
* FMS Management & Audit support
* Cost Control
* Invoice Management.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
* 4-5 years of experience in related field
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong Negotiation skills.
* Multi-tasking proficiency.
* Critical Thinking and Problem resolving.
* Task oriented.
* Locally available.
