JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Promote the services portfolio of Company by approaching the existing and potential clients.
• Serve current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
• Maintain current sales accounts and regularly engage with customer to establish and maintain good relationship.
• Prepares cost estimates and quotation timely to meet customers’ RFQ timelines.
• Prepares sales and service reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and service information and trends.
• Contributes to sales and service effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering degree / similar professional qualification with proven track of service sales
• 3 to 5 years’ service sales experience (preferably in water & wastewater treatment/water pumps products)
• Familiar with pumps applications.
• Qatar driving license
• Problem solving skills
• Communication, Presentation and Sales skills.
• Good knowledge and technical understanding of pumps, valves maintenance, fabrication and assembly of pumps.
