JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Campaigns & Analytics
- Reporting & analytics: monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
- Run post boosts, reach and engagement campaigns for F&B, SPA & lifestyle content
Community Management
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and engaging audiences through DMs and comments
Digital PR
- Influencer Strategy support - liaise with influencers during stay, track content & collect content - Follow-up the collaboration and performance report
- Events & activities calendar build
- Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
Content strategy & creation
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube adapting content to suit different channels
- Oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Asana, SocialBakers and Olapic
- Create engaging multimedia content (and/or outsource this effectively) across multiple platforms
- Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
- Organize and oversee monthly photoshoot & videoshoots
REQUIREMENTS

- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
- Analyse competitor activity
- Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement
Requirements
- Senior position, 4 to 5 years experience in related field.
- Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- A degree in Marketing and Communication
- Excellent English, both verbal and written. Arabic is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem (strategy to execution).
- Creative, energetic and passionate.
- Innovative approach to work.
