JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Supply Chain Planning and Materials Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, evaluation, and enhancement of our supply chain planning process, with a particular focus on materials management. Your primary goal is to ensure the seamless flow of materials and products through our supply chain network. This involves determining planning techniques, tool utilization, synchronization processes, contingency plans, and metrics to drive efficiency and performance. Additionally, you will lead the Sales and Operations S&OP/E processes on both a monthly and weekly basis. Your leadership will extend to evaluating and guiding our team of supply planners and materials handlers. Your dedication to continuous improvement in planning and materials management capabilities will be essential in achieving our organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development, management, evaluation, and improvement of the supply chain planning process, with a focus on materials management.
• Determine planning techniques, tool utilization, synchronization processes, contingency plans, and metrics.
• Lead (S&OP/E) processes on a monthly and weekly basis.
• Provide leadership and performance evaluation for the supply planning and materials handling teams.
• Foster continuous development in planning and materials management capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.

IT Knowledge:

• Expert-level knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Proficiency in SAP is required.

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

• Detail Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate planning and materials management.
• Word and PowerPoint: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for effective reporting and presentation.
• Verbal Communication: Strong verbal communication skills to facilitate collaboration and information sharing.
• Building Relationships: Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively within a diverse team.
