Job Description

Purpose and Scope

As a Talent and Culture Executive, you will undertake a multi-faceted role that encompasses the co-ordination of onboarding/off boarding, Promotion/Transfer, manage payroll system, filing, welfare activities and administration. The role reports directly to the Assistant Director of Talent & Culture

Responsibilities

Onboarding/offboarding

- Follow-up of onboarding and off boarding and ensure all the process is completed successfully.
- Ensure all documents for clearance is submitted on time - roster, attendance completed as at last day, etc.
- Ensure Insurance are enrolled prior new joiners starts and deleted upon leaving the country.
- Assist employees when conducting exit interviews.

Promotion/Transfer

- Ensure all data filled by respective Department Head are accurate.
- Ensure the changes are in line with the Payroll Forecast or Payroll Budget.
- Follow-up for approval.
- Communicate to T&C Admin/Coord to prepare respective letter.
- Send the promotion/transfer letter together with new Job Description to respective Department for signature.
- Copy of Letter and Original Job description to be save in digital file/physical file and uploaded on OASYS system.
- Change the status of the employee on OASYS system.

Promotion/Transfer

- Administration and Reporting:
- Enroll new joiners on Oasys & separate leavers.
- Scan employee hiring documents, letters, warnings, etc and upload on Oasys.
- Maintain employee file (Filing Cabinet, Digital folder and Oasys) - Joiners, leavers, addendum, letters, etc.
- File leavers file as per checklist for audit purpose and update digital folder.
- Send probation review reminder to HOD one-month prior completing 6 months.
- Assist T&C Executive during payroll process - Check attendance, etc.
- Monthly Report - exit interview, probation review, etc.
- Monthly Reconciliation - Lockers, Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, Workmen Compensation, Heartist Card and Metro Card.
- Active participation in the preparation of welfare & recognition events as per tasks assigned.

They are responsible for creating and implementing training programs that meet the needs of their organization and its employees. They must be able to identify any issues that arise during training and develop solutions to overcome them.
