JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client who operate in the Legal field are looking for a temporary Admin Coordinator to join their busy team. This position would be on a 6 month contract (possibly extendable). As such they require candidates already located in Qatar and under husband or family sponsorship who are immediately available.

Ideally they require someone with previous experience working in a Legal Department or Legal Office who is strong in communication and a quick learner to really 'hit the ground running'.

The Admin Coordinator assists in the operational, day to day running of the Court, Tribunal and Dispute Resolution Centre. Reporting directly to the Change & Transition Manager, they will be responsible for providing Operational support to the CTM, working on a wide variety of operational projects across all the business functions namely, HR, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Facilities with a wide range of clients, suppliers and contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be located in Qatar and under Husbands / Family Visa and available to start immediately.

Bachelor's Degree in Administration preferable.

3-5 years relevant administrative or operational experience. Experience of working in a legal environment.
