JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Politely welcome and assist customers, present menus, and explain menu items and specials. Accurately take and relay orders to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely service. Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally while promoting menu items. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards. Handle cash transactions and manage supplies efficiently. Clear and reset tables promptly and perform additional duties as required
Requirements:
