JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are looking for a Western Project Controls Manager (Rail/Elevated Metro) to work for a European contractor on Metro project in Qatar.
Project Controls Manager (Rail/Elevated Metro)
- Reporting to the Project Director and functionally to the Head of Project Services.
- Lead all scheduling and Project Control team on the Project providing all Project Controls services, including:
- Planning and Scheduling
- Cost Control
- Estimating
- Risk Management
- Change Management
- Contract Management
- Client Reporting
- Corporate Reporting
- Skills & Experience
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have a degree from a western institute
- Must have experience in Primavera and scheduling
- Must have 10 years + experience
- Must have Elevated Metro / Rail experience
- Must have Middle East experience
