JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client who is an employer of choice in Qatar is looking to hire a professional Workforce Planning Specialist with Hyperion experience to join the HR team.
Working alongside and reporting to the Head of Organization Planning you will be responsible for all staffing and workforce planning requirements to ensure accurate forecasting of manpower needs. Working closely with the HR team you will contribute to manpower planning policies and procedures as well as carry out manpower planning reviews and analyses to determine the manpower needs ensuring alignment within business plans. Accountabilities also include but will not be limited to monitoring the implementation of organizational changes ensuring adherence to all policies, guidelines, approved headcount, budgets and business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
This is a key role within the business where you will be required to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with all business units. The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s Degree along with at least 6 to 8 years’ experience in HR and a minimum of 4 as a Manpower Specialist. Excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills are also required along with a proven track record of report writing. You should also be proficient in all MS office applications and ideally have Hyperion experience. Arabic is an advantage.
