JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Strong technical & diagnostic knowledge
• Job allocation & workflow management (very important)
• Leadership & team supervision
• Time & KPI management (TAT, productivity, efficiency, utilization, labor recovery rate)
• Customer focus & problem-solving
• DMS knowledge (Keyloop, Autoline)
• Clear communication with technicians, service advisors & management
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in a Workshop Controller roleEligibility:
• From India
• Must have Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) experience (Muslim candidates preferred)
• From GCC countries
• Experience with any automotive brand is acceptable
• Nationality: Open
