JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Required to join an international contractor working on the construction of an airport in Rwanda. The project consists of the development of a new Passenger & Cargo Terminal alongside an Aircraft Maintenance Center.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for the contractual and commercial aspects of the project working with the project director to ensure the project is completed to budget. Dealing with claims and variations as the project progresses.
Requirements:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering- MRICS preferred
- 20 + years experience
- A proven track record of working on international mega projects
- Aviation experience an advantage
- Fluent in English
- Should be willing to mobilise on a single status
