JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and controls to determine problems and perform necessary repairs
• Maintain HVAC equipment on an ongoing basis as part of the facilities preventive maintenance program
• Coordinate the daily work load of the mechanical maintenance group
• Make recommendations for improvement on existing HVAC systems and equipment
• Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule
• Provide labor for preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment and systems
• Adhere to established HVAC work order preventive maintenance schedule
• Provide labor for preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC equipment and systems
• Troubleshooting control wiring
• Daily maintenance of building including but not limited to such as plumbing, painting, drywall repair, and lighting.
• Perform other corrective maintenance related duties as assigned such as Client work orders, assisting other tradesmen, trash removal and emergency repairs.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, janitorial duties as needed.
• Reports to Lead Technician and Client

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma certificate in HVAC.
