JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Overseeing the work of air conditioning technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring that all maintenance, repairs, and installations are completed efficiently and according to safety standards.
• Monitoring the quality of work performed by AC technicians, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective measures as needed to maintain high standards of service.
• Providing training and guidance to AC technicians on best practices, safety procedures, and new technologies to enhance their skills and performance.
• Respond to company's maintenance emergency needs like power and wiring issues.
