Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a multinational consulting company and they are looking for a Saudi National Administrative Assistant for their Riyadh office.

Role and responsibilities:
• Maintain, update and renew registration of company
• Delivery and collection of documents to miscellaneous government entities
• Translation of documents English to Arabic and vice versa
• Registration in client portals / tenders
• Managing travel and hotel requirements
• Assisting in visa application and onboarding
• Managing Stationery, Collaterals, Printing and Consumables needs, including stock management and timely replenishment
• Assisting with regards to accounts and managing the suppliers

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:
• 3-4 years of administrative experience
• Experience working in a multinational company – Consulting firms will be desirable
• Excellent command of both English and Arabic
• Saudi National
