JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Objective:To provide support to the Project Management Team
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; maintaining equipment; approving invoices.
2. Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment
3. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Appropriate Bachelor's degree, minimum 10 years similar to experience with engineering firms, fluent in Arabic & English with experience in MS Office - Word, Excel and ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations.
