You'll lead the design and implementation of AI-native procurement frameworks, driving automation, analytics, and sustainability within digital sourcing operations. Reporting to the SVP, this role ensures alignment between AI product teams and business objectives while promoting resilience and innovation in procurement.

Description
* Develop and implement AI-native procurement frameworks, digital platforms, and sourcing tools.
* Lead specialized teams in vendor performance, digital spend analytics, and sustainability.
* Act as a SME for AI-driven procurement.
* Drive adoption of predictive analytics, machine learning, and automation.
* Monitor and report on AI-enabled procurement KPIs and compliance.
* Foster innovation, resilience, and sustainability across sourcing practices.
Job Offer
* Competitive monthly salary in the range of SAR 50,000 to SAR 55,000.

Requirements:
A successful AI Native Procurement professional should have:* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (advanced certifications preferred).
* 7-8 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation.
* Proven leadership in AI-driven procurement or digital sourcing initiatives.
* Strong understanding of analytics, governance, and supplier management.
* Experience with ERP systems, AI procurement tools, and predictive analytics.
* Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
