Our client is a leading Joint Stock company in Saudi offering wide ranging investment services for individuals and corporate. In 2014 their capital was over SAR 800,000 million. They are currently looking for a Financial Analyst.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare financial and economic analysis and studies assigned companies and sectors.
- Prepare presentations for clients and prospectus.
- Conduct research work for the assigned companies and sectors.
- Make sure that the quality of work and commitment of all systems to ensure professional work is attained.
- Provide assistance to all members of the investment banking working group.
- Work directly with management teams to advice clients.
- Share the investment banking working teams in the preparation and presentation of investment banking consultancy for clients and also the consulting, underwriting, mergers, acquisitions and financing.
- Share the investment banking work teams in business development and attracting customers.
- Be aware of any operational risk issues associated with any job and act in an appropriate manner.
- Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of business in compliance government, health and safety policies.
- Maintain company's internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points, together with any relevant points raised by external regulators.
- Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superior.
