- Implement and manage O&M tools for effective monitoring and reporting.

- Expertise in Database Optimization to enhance data handling and retrieval.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms for scalable and flexible application hosting.
- Knowledge of Middleware Technologies to facilitate communication between applications.
- Understanding of ITIL Processes to align IT services with business needs.
