JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
We are seeking a skilled Architect for our Technical Office to support our design and construction projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, coordination, and implementation of architectural designs, ensuring project specifications and client requirements are met with precision and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs and drawings using CAD software and other design tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure architectural aspects align with project timelines and budgets.
- Review and analyze client specifications and project requirements to develop architectural solutions.
- Prepare and present design proposals, technical reports, and documentation for client approvals.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Support the technical office in project planning, scheduling, and quality control activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.- Proven experience working as an Architect in a technical office environment, preferably within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
- Solid knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of Saudi Arabia's building regulations and standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
