Our newest opportunity is for a talented Asset maintenance officer to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi . This position is responsible for managing, recording, and optimizing assets within the project as per the EPMO objectives. The asset specialist optimizes asset performance and risk management fir the project.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Maintaining detailed inventories of all assets related to the project.
- Tracking existing project equipment, machinery, materials, and other resources.
- Working with asset management systems and tracking technologies to ensure accurate records, monitor asset utilization, and track maintenance costs.
- Overseeing the proper maintenance, repair, and replacement of assets. This includes scheduling maintenance activities and ensuring assets remain in good condition.
- Assessing risks associated with assets. Developing strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization's investments.
- Coordinating with the EPMO to develop a comprehensive register of all existing site assets, for EPMO review and approval.
- Coordinating with the EPMO, to identify and confirm disposition, removal, and/ or disposal of each asset class.
- Coordinating with the EPMO to identify and confirm specifications for asset classification to include clear and concise identification of which assets are to be considered 'damaged to be disposed of' or 'assets to be removed, protected, and transferred/ stored'.
- Coordinating with the EPMO to confirm asset storage location(s).
- Coordinating with the EPMO to establish asset tagging and recording procedures.
- Coordinates with the CS Consultant construction team to ensure proper protection, removal, and storage of existing project assets.
- Immediately informs the CS Consultant Project Manager of any assets which may be required or replaced in order for the CS Consultant or Contractor to continue with successful completion of the project works.
- Daily coordination with the CS Consultant Construction Director to review assets schedule to ensure that existing assets do not act as obstacles to permanent project works/ activities.
- Daily coordination with the CS Consultant HSSE Manager to review assets schedule and ensure that any daily contractor activities associated with asset removal, protection, or relocation have approved contractor method statements and risks assessments.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years experience partnered with a [ Diploma / Bachelor / Master degree in Construction Management or civil Engineering.
- GCC Nationals will be warmly received
