JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The incumbent is responsible for the leadership of Human Resources and Learning & Development in the hotel. He/she supports the hotel business plan by implementing company programs and Area action plans at the hotel level. His/her goal for Human Resources is to be a strategic business partner in achieving the hotel's overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

Saudi National.

He/she also provides commercial and relevant HR advice, coordination and best practice.
