An exciting and rapidly growing Real Estate company based in Jedddah are recruiting for an Assistant Manager of Financial Budgeting & Planning to join their Finance function.

The organisation is a PIF owned Real Estate entity who have announced a number of considerable number of projects planned across the kingdom through 2024 and beyond.

Description

Key Responsibilities

- Reporting directly to the Financial Director.

- To be responsible for Financial Planning & Budgeting.

- Develop adequate budgeting and financial planning frameworks, models, and tools, to be implemented

- Allocate the approved budget to the various functions to meet their needs and requirements while aligning to the strategic direction.

- Coordination and communication with departments and authorities concerned to get information and data.

- Identify areas for improvement and recommend cost-efficiency enhancements as needed.

- Ensure that reports are prepared and reviewed in a timely manner to ensure that it meets the policies, standards and requirements.

- To perform duties and other related tasks as directed and the need to work.

REQUIREMENTS

- The candidate must have real estate experience and a significant proficiency of Financial Modeling.

- The candidate must be a Saudi National. (Due to Saudization)
