JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Operational Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall store management and enhancement of all critical elements
• Plan weekly roster, assign daily task
• Conducting daily huddles, using role plays and tracking performance.
• Training & overseeing new staff induction and assessing the learnings Providing structured feedback to the Management on opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing stock out situations.
• Ensure products are displayed as per the brand guidelines.
• Ensure POS & other equipments are in working conditions
• Collaborate with merchandising, Marketing & finance team
• Ensuring high levels of customer’s satisfaction through excellent service.
• Maintaining brand standards and guidelines.
• Proactively resolve customer complaints.
• Ensuring growth, higher sales conversions, improving consistently on other store performance
• Acquiring In-depth product knowledge of brands, optical and a good knowledge level of competing brands.
• Leading by example reflecting the values of the brand, integrity, and discipline.
• Adhering to operational standards & Company policies.
• Reduce inventory shrinkage by minimizing loss.
Requirements:
• Currently in KSA and worked in a similar role. Work experience with eye wear store management, luxory to daily eye wear sales is a MUST.
Salary:
SAR
9,000 to 11,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
