JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Assistant to Project Manager (m/f)
Your main tasks are
- Support work of Project Managers
- Prepare presentations, project offers and reports for project managers
- Coordinate and plan appointments
- Plan business travels
- Be first point of contact for colleagues and customers
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Very good knowledge in English as well as good knowledge in Arabic
- Profound knowledge of MS Office Tools
- Very good organizational skills
- Ability to deal helpfully and in a courteous manner
