Please use standard leasing template, but ensure the below is included:
Job Role:
- Advise landlords on optimum marketing and leasing strategies to ensure successful leasing campaigns
- Work closely with head of landlord advisory in deliver key KSA leasing projects
- Execute successful leasing campaigns
- Work closely with leasing agents across the KSA market
- BD - contributing to team revenue
- Work closely with other internal teams
- Input and adopt internal databases
- Identify new business opportunities and work with Head of team to secure new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic speaker not essential but of benefit- Regional or global experience preferred
- 3+ years track record in running successful office leasing campaigns
- Team player
- Genuine interest in offices and the growth of KSA towards vision 2030 and beyond
- Ability to travel within KSA and when required MENA
- Pro-active and self-driven
- Can do attitude
