JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Pre-Operative, Intra-Operative and post-operative management of all adult cardiac surgery patients.
- Assistance in all types of adult open-heart surgery as first or second assistant.
- In house calls 1/4 -1/5 covering the cardiac surgery intensive care unit as first on call and reporting to the cardiac surgery consultant on duty.
- Writing full operative and discharge reports for all cardiac surgical patients.
- Responding as first on call to all consultation for adult cardiology services at the cardiac center and the emergency room at the main hospital
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications / Skills Expectations for Ideal Candidates
- MBBS ( Bachelor Degree in Medicine)
- At least 3-5 years of General Surgery training from a certified institute.
- Cardiac Surgery Board from a certified institute
- At least 2-5 years of adult cardiac surgery experience with at least 2 years of those after obtaining cardiac surgery degree
- Board + 2 years experiences
