The project:
This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

• You will ensure the successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
• You will be responsible for implementing appropriate programme delivery environments, including people, organisation, process, information and technology
• You will promote and influence quality and service excellence in all conversations and programme interactions.
• Building and managing effective relationships across multiple interfaces to achieve optimum performance outcomes.
• Identifying and managing key risks throughout project works, recommending appropriate solutions.
• Managing the interfaces between the project and third parties contributing to optimal development and program set up for successful procurement and delivery.
• Providing input into contract development to maximise efficiencies in the delivery and operations of the projects and resolving issues and conflicting requirements in a timely manner.
• Managing the interface between the project and third parties in the delivery and commissioning of the project.
• Engaging with key third-party stakeholders affected by project works to understand their needs and concerns, taking measures to maintain effective relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinating the development, assessment, negotiation, approval, and execution of commercial agreements between relevant parties.
• Contributing to the development of the operations and management control system, and the interface with third-party systems and operations.
• Contributing to the development of an interface management plan, monitoring, and coordination implementation.
• Contributing to the project schedule of works and progress monitoring throughout the project.
• Providing input and solutions which allow for minimal third-party impact, whilst maintaining commercially effective project delivery.
• Maintaining effective relationships with third parties to avoid disputes and commercial compensation claims.
• Producing and maintaining appropriate, standardized documents and regular reporting to the senior management and other stakeholders reflecting key issues, resolutions, and performance to enable them to effectively understand risks and impacts on the project.
• Ensuring a collaborative approach is maintained across the team to facilitate the planning and delivery of interface works, ensuring all issues are clearly understood by teams and addressed, and appropriate interventions developed and implemented.

• You will be responsible for project budgets and ensure operations are fiscally and ethically viable and meet organisational and legislative compliance obligations.
• You will support the operations director and other senior stakeholders to directly influence long term development of strategy for a function or business unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.

Requirements:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

• Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
• Technically qualified to at least degree level, ideally with post-graduate qualification(s).
• Member of a relevant professional body.
