The project:

This opportunity is to be involved in a major mixed-use development, in Riyadh. The programme consists of over 200 projects including cultural and heritage assets, F&B, retail and hotels, commercial buildings and educational facilities.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing a team of circa 20 Senior/Planning Managers to deliver monthly Client executive reports to required deadlines across the programme.
• Leads Integrated Master Schedule updates and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
• Oversees Interface Management process and presents monthly status at Client executive level.
• Oversees PMO process and procedure development, updates and rollout across the programme.
• Oversees Mace and PMC Planning Teams P6 User interface administration with Client Server.
• Conducts schedule onboarding sessions with new PMC staff on a monthly basis.
• Deliver internal training and development courses on a monthly basis.
• Contributes to the regional Mace business with lessons learned and best practice.
• Contributes to Mace ‘Centre of Excellence’ and ‘Insights’ with schedule benchmark data and process developments.
• Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software – Essential - Primavera P6 and Excel
• Experience with recognised international contracting/consultancy organisation
• Experience with PMO organisations (Desirable)
