Job Purpose
APD Facade
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-end hospitality and luxury residential projects. You will play a critical role in overseeing the construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities - Leadership
• Coordinate the activities of the construction team to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the strategic project management plans, policies and procedures.
• Manage the team by setting priorities and objectives, managing performance, and providing ongoing feedback and coaching to meet the functional challenges and goals.
• Serve as a role model to ensure employees’ awareness and commitment to TRSDC vision, mission, values, fundamentals and corporate strategy to establish a highly engaged and motivated human resources, and continuously improve performance.
Budget
• Contribute to the preparation of the functional budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized upon.
• Oversee and direct design, procurement and construction of the façade works from conception to completion.
• Review the project specifications and design in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Job Responsibilities - Functional
• Lead and manage the construction of complex facade systems for high-end luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Oversee all phases of construction, from pre-construction planning through to project completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the facade design is feasible and aligns with project specifications.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and project progress.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
• Mentor and guide junior construction staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Job Responsibilities - Organizational
• Follow all relevant functional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions to ensure that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely functional MIS statements and reports to meet corporate and functional requirements, policies and standards.
Safety, Quality and Environment
• Apply safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Continuous Improvement
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the department's systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Requirements:
Job Requirements - Qualification & Experience• Minimum of 18 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on complex facade projects.
• Proven track record in delivering high-end luxury residential and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in project management or construction management are preferred.
